My desktop just installed Windows 10 and now it won't connect to the Ethernet. It says "Unidentified network" and that it can't find an internet connection. I'm completely lost and it feels like I've tried everything. Please hekp, and I'm very uneducated about computers and tech so please write understandable because I can't understand it if people don't explain it.

Thanks and please help

You probably need a Windows 10 compatible device driver for your network adapter. Check Device Manager to see if there's a ! or ? to the left of the network entries. You can download the driver from your computer manufacturer's web site.

Good luck.
