Ethernet connected and Says Network Connected But Can't go online

The Ethernet cable is connected and the light is green on the router and the port also on the computer it says network connected.but when trying to access the internet it says page unavailable

Things I Tried:
Reinstalling windows
Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
Unplugging the router and waiting 30 minutes

Are you sure the issue is with the computer. Have you tried connecting other computers to the same router

Yeah it worked perfectly when I connected the Ethernet to the laptop using the same router

Try to ping any websites and check if its successful. Also you can check in the router to see if your physical address is blocked in the router
