Question Ethernet Connection I219-V adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems

My internet connection stopped working on my computer, so I used the windows network diagnostics troubleshooter and it gave me that error code. I’ve used multiple Ethernet cables and done the same thing with them, but the same error pops up. If this helps, I use an Intel Asus motherboard. Thanks in advance!

Try clearing the CMOS and reinstalling the driver. If still no go, an option would be adding a network adapter.
