Ethernet connection is slow

Im experiencing some issues with my desktop internet speed.

Usually I would get around 20mbps+ but now its always at 2mbps. New ethernet cable, restarted router, changed ports. Tried it with my other desktop and it works just fine. Updated drivers, updated bios. Wifi speeds are fine so theres nothing eating up the bandwidth.

Could someone please help me try to get this figured out?

You need to check your network card. The problem is pobably in that. Try to use another network card

Go to open network & internet settings, then under your network properties, check to see what your link speed is.

Already checked link speed. Its 1.00 Gpbs full duplex. Not sure about the network card, my mobo is about a year and a half old ranger VIII, is there a way to check if its a hardware issue ?

Buy Network Card and insert in your computer, then try.
