Question Ethernet connection keeps disconnecting!

Hey, my Ethernet connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting always!

it will connect, disconnect, connect, like 30 times in only 3 minutes, on and off for like 30 minutes, this happens EVERYDAY!
I thought it was the Ethernet cable, but i went and bought another one, and it still doesn't work.
i have Realtek PCIe GbE

Anybody know what should i do?

Are you sure it is the physical ethernet connection that is being lost (and not the connection to the internet)?
Did you try another port on the router?
Does another device connected to the same router have the same problem (e.g. your phone on Wifi) or another PC on a different port.
Do you have a spare NIC (Ethernet PCIe card) to try? Or maybe a USB to Ethernet adapter to try?
