Question Ethernet connection keeps dropping off for 30 seconds

Hello, i am currently facing a problem with my connection. I use an Ethernet cable going from my router straight to my pc, for the last few days my internet about every 5 minutes will cut out for approximately 30 seconds before reconnecting and the internet working completely fine. Something that is odd is that when internet connection is lost the symbol in the bottom right still says it is connected. How do i go about fixing this as it has been stopping from using my pc

Have you other devices connected to the same router, and are those devices also affeccted by the same problem?

What router model, network card and OS ?

Router : Virgin Media Super Hub 3 (VMDG505) TG2492LG-VM Router
NIC :Intel® Ethernet Connection I219-V
OS : Windows 10 pro
