My Ethernet connection is showing limited access and I am not able to access internet. If I am trying to connect any ports, it's getting connected. But in my place which port is there, particular that port is showing limited access. But when I checked for ip address, ip is generating. Can anybody help me in this...
Thanks..

OK then you need to see the follow:

ISP ----- (WAN IP) Modem/Gateway (LAN IP) ------ SWITCH(?) ------ Your PC.

If your PC is 10.x.x.x then your Modem/Gateway IP must be (typical) 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.254, and your DEFAULT GATEWAY must be the Modem/Gateway IP.

The DEFAULT gateway IP can be found by

IPCONFIG /ALL

or

ROUTE PRINT

If none of these help, do a IPCONFIG /ALL and post (X-out your WAN IP for privacy). If you want to be helpful also post a diagram of your setup.

First of all I could like to thank you for your help. I checked the ip address , it is coming in 10.x.x.x series not in APIPA range (169.x.x.x)
