[SOLVED] Ethernet connection

Hi everyone,
So I want to connect my pc to the internet via the ethernet port, but my router is in a different room.
Are there any other solutions as just buying a 30m long ethernet cable? (don't want it to hang all over the house)

No. Powerline network adapters need to be plugged directly into the wall. The noise filters on power strips interfere with the performance.
