Ethernet controller and network controller drivers

I did a clean install of Windows 7 but I need to install ethernet network controller drivers and sm bus I don't know where to find these drivers since this is a prebuilt system hp pavillion

I borrowed my neighbors wifi usb adpator since I couldn't get any connection without those drivers I have built in wifi in PC but need that driver
