Ethernet controller driver acer laptop

So my ethernet controller has no driver which I believe is the reason for me not being able to connect to the internet with my ethernet cord. I have searched for days for a solution and have come up 'dry.' So i decided to post here. My laptop is the Acer aspire v3-571g-6602.

Please help! college is starting soon and i am desperate for internet!

I was thinking maybe my motherboard is a different manufacturer and they would maybe have a driver download??
