Question Ethernet Disconnect

I was playing apex from an hour or two and suddenly my ethernet got disconnected the orange and green led on ethernet were off until i removed the ethernet cable and put it back in.After putting it in everything was working fine,Still i am worried that was it anything that went bad with my motherboard.Please Help

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Could be a faulty Ethernet cable.

Is the existing Ethernet cable Cat5e, round, UTP, all copper, 22-24 AWG as printed on the cable?

Look in Reliability History: do you see any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured at the times of the disconnects?
