Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration

Hi

I have a problem with connecting to the internet via ethernet cable. Before i start let me say ive pretty much tried everything. I reset the modem/router, disabled the connection and enabled it again, i update the drivers, removed the drivers and installed them again, flushed DNS, reset ip, tried plugging the cable into every different port, i did more or less every CMD command for this that i found on a troubleshooting guide and still it doesnt work. My only guess would be that the cable itself is broken. I would appreciate any other means of fixing this. I am truly desperate. Feels like a part of me died this day 🙁

Have you tested another cable? Going at it another way, since you specify ethernet, can we assume that wifi works?

Umm so i fixed it, dont know how to delete the thread tho...
