I am having difficulty connecting via ethernet port. I can connect to the internet via Wifi, but when I plug in the ethernet cable, it just says Unidentified Network No Connection. I've scoured the web trying to troubleshoot the problem, with no avail. I've tried manuallyt entering the IP address and DNS server, letting it do it automatically, updating all the network drivers, turning off fast start up, the ol' turn it off and on again, just about anything I could find. Here's what I get when I run the ipconfig /all :

Have you tried another computer connected via wire to your router/modem? That would rule out problems with your routrer/modem.

I can see you are not getting an IP adress from a DHCP server (that is why you see the 169.254.xxx.xxx adress) on your wired connection, even though it states the cable is connected .

Try to open de adapter properties window (from your wired adapter) , there you can see how many bytes have been sent and received, if either one of them stays stuck on zero, most likely your network adapter is fried, I have seen this a million times with onboard network chips/ports.

Also, there seem to be two network adapters available, the Intel I218-V (which seems to be plugged in) and the Killer E2200 (who make network chips specifically suited to gaming) which states there is no cable connected.

You might want to try the other one and see what happens!
