Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP config

Hi people. I am having a lot of difficulty understanding and attempting to connect my computer via Ethernet into my router. It seems that after plugging in the cat5 into my ports, it comes into an 'unidentified network' status and after having power cycled each modem, router, and desktop independently, uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, and using different ports in my router, the problem persists.

I've got the ipconfig attached here, maybe someone can find something that I have missed. Network is not my forte so I would definitely appreciate any and all help. And yes, I have checked extensively for other threads with the same topic ,however their solutions do not seem to apply towards this situations. Thank you!
