Ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration

So there was thunder outside and i unplugged my pc cable from socket and then after thunder i started pc and i dont have any internet shows ? On internet icon and when i click on it it shows unidentified network i touble shooted it and it shows Ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration i checked my another pc and it worked i did everything that this site gave me

in elevated cmd:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

If that won't help, try folowwing commands
netsh int ip reset
nets int tcp reset
netsh winsock reset
then restart your pc

So second didnt work and first when i write ipconfig /release it shows an error accured while releasing interface ethernet : an addres has not yet been associated with the network end point and when i write ipconfig /renew it says that an error accurred while renewing interface ethernet : unable to contact your dhcp server.



And i can connect from phones internet with usb tethering so maybe its cable but i shuted down pc and i didnt do with cable its so confusing

So ill talk everything how it happend what i tried to do so i had a thunder outside i turned off my pc from socket then after thunder i turned on and internet didnt work so i tried cmd commands ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew and it said an error accured while renewing interface ethernet : unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has timed out. Then i tried all netsh commands didnt work i tried to restart DHCP Client it didnt let me i tried uninstalling network adapters or what its called i dont know i wrote to microsoft support they said we tried every troubleshoot if u buy premium microsoft support for 165 we will send u to level 2 support they will trie to fix if it will not work money back gurantee and 165 is a lot for me so i cant pay it its like half my earning cause i live in Lithuania and its poor country and i tried diffrent cables and wifi works other pc works but his pc dont buuuut when i tried to share internet from my phone to pc eith usb it worked so like it woud be great if u ciud help me i even reinstalled windows

How are you connected specifically? Directly wired to the router? Or using powerline etc?

Have you attempted simply restarting the router?

Yeah its like 2 days no one replys so its directly to router and i tried diffren pc it worked so

Does your ethernet on your mainboard have link lights? Probably got fried in the storm
