Solution
yea id probably recommend reinstalling windows again. maybe redownload from scratch and use a different flash drive this time. use a usb port from the motherboard, not a front one or usb hub. ive had issues with fresh installs where everything was broken too.
Go into your ethernet adapter.

Shortcut:
Windows Key + Run
type: ncpa.cpl

double click your adapter
properties
uncheck internet protocol version 6
select internet protocol version 4
properties
confirm:
Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server addresses automatically are selected.

after, in command prompt,
type
ipconfig /release
then
ipconfig /renew

Tried these solution mentioned above still same problem could it be that I've installed half of windows 8? 3.6gb From iso coz it wouldn't let me update any drivers or find on softwares says error during scans and my net cables all are fitted on perfect.
