So I was cleaning my computer, I turned it off, cleaned it up, turn it on again and there's no internet connection. I tried more than just one ethernet cabel, but that's not a problem. I don't know if it's because of Windows 10 or maybe my motherboard. I am not sure, so please if you do know what's the problem, reply.

Could you please give some more specifics -such as; is you network card (NIC) on-board (meaning attached directly to the motherboard), or do you have a add-in NIC card such as PCI or PCIe.

Did you upgrade to Windows 10 after you cleaned the PC, or was it installed before?

Also, are you connecting the PC to a router? Or directly to your ISPs modem?

You may have zapped something if you were not grounded when you were cleaning the machine.

For now, please open a command prompt and type:

ping 127.0.0.1

and;

ipconfig /all

and post results :)
