Ethernet driver help needed

Hi, I'm currently using a Dell Optiplex 745 with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and it says I'm missing the network adapter. I have no clue where do get it.

I found my solution, I had some weird setting in the BIOS turned off...

Yes, there was an option to turn off USB recognition for the BIOS (and allow recognition for the OS), and I turned it off because I thought it was unnecessary. When I turned it back on, it worked.

I'm not sure, the USB keyboard worked somehow, but it all works now...
