Ethernet driver not on computer

Hi guys!
I just reset my PC and now it has no wifi driver. I have an MSI motherboard. How can I get MSI's driver for this onto my PC?

Yes i understand where to get them, but how do I get them onto a pc with no internet?

If you don't have the boards install driver disc , then you will need a USB thumb drive , to use on a friends PC to transfer the driver after you download it from the site.​

Yea so after I have the driver on my flash drive, where do I put the driver in my computer?

You use the USB port on your computer and you install it from there , takes a few seconds.
