Question Ethernet fully stops working as soon as I connect to wi-fi!

I have a dell xps 8300. I've connected to wifi 2 times. As soon as I connect to wifi, then swap to ethernet the ethernet stops working. No led light to even say its working. The only way I fix it is when I factory reset windows. Help! I'm sellilng this computer tomorrow.

Disconnect from Wi-Fi first, then try ethernet.

Windows can't use both at the same time.

That's the first thing I have done. Resetting network options doesn't work, the LED just doesn't light up as soon as I have connected to wifi once. The only time I fix it is when I factory reset and clean the drive
