Question Ethernet "identifying" after booting pc

When i start my pc and i get to the desktop my ethernet doesn't work for like 1-5 minutes and when i click on the network it says identifying and i can't connect to the internet, any solutions? I've tried reinstalling drivers and changing my ip and dns but it didn't fix anything. It's not such a big issue but it's annoying.

i have a very similar issue currently and i can't figure it out. i have multiple PCs on my network experiencing the same issues (2 amd builds and 1 intel). even my wifi devices struggle to get internet access when they connect to my router(s) with no issues.

are other devices on your network having issues?
