Ethernet internet connection problem

It keeps on disconnecting again and again in 1-2 seconds , i saw some solutions i kept on 10mb full (speed and duplex)
Still getting same connection problems.... please help me

- In your adapter properties page where you see speed and duplex, if there is an "Auto Negotiation" or Auto option then set it to that.

- Do you know what speed your ethernet cabling is? Does it say anything like CAT5 on the cable?

- Do any other PCs on your network have this problem?

I’m good now... pc didn’t picked right file to update my ethernet drivers
So i delete some file related to ethernet drivers
Now its working fine....
