ethernet no default gateway and undentified network

it suddenly happens

my ethernet cable is working fine, I have tried everything from ipconfig renew and release
update drivers use another modem but it still says identifying/unidentified network but sometimes it says the network name but still no internet access

Is this happening on other devices?
Do you have a static IP?
What Kind of modem are you using?
what OS on the computer?
What kind of computer?
Can you still access the internet?

These question will help me properly diagnose the issue.
