It always seems "Network - No internet".
I tried ipconfig /flush dns
ipconfig /renew etc...
I reset my network from settings on Windows 10 64 bit.
But still I can not use ethernet.
(It works for other people with the same cable and network)
Thank you for your help.

I was trying to set up a network using the public one with Xiaomi Router and while I was trying the ipv4 address for that router was 192.168.31.1 and my public network's is very different. So I guess while I connected this router with ethernet, my pc recognizing the public network as router and fails to open account.
(When we connect this public network we enter username and password . I can connect with wi-fi but not with ethernet.)
Is there anything that we can do ?

Not sure what you are calling a public IP everything you have posted is all private IP blocks. You likely have no ability to get a public IP when you are using a school network.

You have a mess here. You seem to have 3 completely different subnets (again all private). You have one on your wifi, a second one on the ethernet port, and then you must have a completely different one when you did the tracert.....you see 192.168.41.xx ip addresses which is not in the ones you posted in your screen shot.

What is your goal in using that router.

Do you intent the xiaomi router to connect to the campus via ethernet or wifi.....if it is wifi does the xiaomi router even support having its WAN port be wifi.

First suggestion would be to disable IPv6 in your ethernet adapter. Your ethernet seems reasonable.

Does it still show the ipv6 address after you disabled it?

I see you're using google DNS, which may cause you some issues with getting to your campus login page. You may want to set the DNS to automatic.

It is not possible to contact network provider, it is just a student dormitory. I was able to connect before, however afterwards, I tried to set up my xiaomi router and while I was trying the router name was changed to “VEGA” and after that, I connected router via ethernet and ethernet name was VEGA. However, I could not set up the router because it was not opening the sign in page of campus wifi. Therefore, I plugged off the router and tried to connect my laptop to ethernet. And ethernet name stuck to VEGA and I could not ever be able to connect by ethernet. May be you can find smt from this.

If it is student housing, then there has to be an IT support. They may have the ethernet set for specific MAC addresses. This needs to be worked with the network provider.

with TMAC software I changed my Wifi Adapter MAC address and also changed Lan Adapter MAC Address. When I changed Wifi mac address i could connect again, but when I changed LAN i still could not connect to ethernet as usual.
