ethernet no work gpu not detected?

ok so i just finished building my pc then i installed windows but my ethernet connection no work it says identifying and error is vant find valid ip or something i tried every online thing i csn find no work and gpu isent detected its a 1050 from gigabyte could this be cuz i havent installed drivers?

The motherboard should have come with a cd/dvd, you need to install all the drivers from it and your network connection will start working. after that you will need to head over to Nvidia and get the latest drivers for your card.
