My Windows 10 PC cannot connect to the internet properly with ethernet, but connects with wifi. I tried 3 different ethernet cables in different ports, so the issue is not with the cable.

When I connect via ethernet, it will load some webpages without issue. For example, Netflix will load quickly and play shows without any buffering! But, over ethernet ONLY, we cannot load simple webpages. They get stuck loading and never open fully, and never time out either. It will say 'transferring data from www.hbo.com'. Cached pages like Google and Facebook load fine but other pages will not load fully. What on earth is happening? Why will they not load on ethernet but load fine over wifi??

This is totally wacko, ethernet is a highway, it gets you out of town but it has no idea where you wanna go nor does it care.

Am feeling this is one of those prob, if am there and look at it, I go "why do you hook it up that way" U go "isn't how it's suppose to work? I go, "well I can't really say you are doing it wrong but is not standard so lets do it THIS way" and BAM! :)

Hmm, thanks for your thoughts, but we have not changed the default setting for the router/gateway or the network settings. Everything is set to default. The ethernet is simply plugged into a LAN port and then into the back of the PC. We have not deviated from a standard setup to my knowledge.
