I've updated my bios, reset my network in settings, and thats about it! Please help me so I can game again!

Exactly how is you network configured. The router is 2 feet away from my pc. I have tried every port with multiple cables. Upvote 0 Downvote

Are you getting an IP address. What do you see if you run IPCONFIG /All from command line? Do you see any lights on the router port? Upvote 0 Downvote
