Just finished upgrading my cpu motherboard and ram, did a fresh install of windows everything worked fine.

Current build
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming (wifi)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
Ram: Kingston Hyper x Fury DDR4 3200mhz 2x8GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070
Windows 10 Pro

Right off the bat noticed that the ethernet wasn't working. The port is showing a solid green and solid orange light.
Thought I could solve the problem by uninstalling drivers and redownloading from here
https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-wi-fi-model/helpdesk_download

Some reason asus doesnt support my version of windows 10. So I went back to install the intel lan drivers but to no avail.
Currently my device manager doesnt show a lan connection in the network adapters drop down. In the "other devices" drop down "Ethernet Controller" has a orange warning sign with this device status

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

In control panel -> network and internet -> netword connections there is only wifi and bluetooth network connection, no lan option
Please let me know if any more information is needed to solve this problem
