Ethernet Not Working

I Just built a new PC and my wifi is working fine but when i plug my ethernet in it doesn't connect me to the internet. The ids for the ethernet controller is Ven_1969&DEV_E0A1

Specs.
Mobo: MSI Z170A M7
CPU: I7 6700k
GPU: MSI 1070
