I thibk i may have a defect inside my recently build pc cause my ethernet doesnt give light at they pc end it does at my router also it works in my ps 4 when i search for ethernet i also get no results in my system

I recently build a new pc and im using a usb for wifi when i connect my ethernet it doesnt show i dont get any resolts when i search for ethernet in my pc also de ethernet cable gives light at the router end but not at my pc i think i may have a defect on my motherboard with the ethernet input?

Did you install all the motherboard drivers? Do you have any "Unknown" devices listed in the device manager?

No i dont have any unknown devices but what driver do i need i have an asrock a320m pro4?

The motherboard should have come with a driver CD. You would want those or the latest ones available on the Asrock website.

Does the ethernet adapter show up in the network adapters in the device manager?
