[SOLVED] Ethernet not working

So I have a MSi z390 gaming plus motherboard and today when I built my pc it didn’t register any Ethernet connection and has yellow “!” Next to “base system device” “Ethernet controller” “pci data acquisition and signal processing controller” “pci device” “pci simple communications controller” and “sm bus controller”

You need to load the drivers that came with the motherboard. Should be a CD.
