[SOLVED] Ethernet port is not being detected

I have Intel 82579LM Gigabit Network Adapter, in the device manager their is a yellow mark on the adapter and i cannot use my ethernet port. I have checked my cable and modem and their was no problem in them. I have Uninstalled, Disabled, and Installed other drivers but it is not working.

Boot up a linux live cd and see if linux recognizes it. If so, something is wrong software-wise in windows. If not, sounds like a hardware or network issue.
