Hey everyone. Roughly a week ago, my house got struck with lightning, effectively killing my Belkin AC1200DB router. My ISP gave me one of their default routers, I don't really know much about the router they installed, but, it was garbage so I ordered a replacement AC1200DB. Prior to the strike, I received about 20MBPS, give or take a few, on speedtest.net. The ISP replacement only gave me 10, and currently with my new AC1200DB I'm still getting 10. At first, my new one didn't work via Ethernet at all, and I had to go into the settings of my adapter to change the speed/duplex to a 10MBPS Full Duplex, and as a result I'm capped at 10 MBPS. Does anyone know what could possibly be going wrong? When I use Wi-Fi with the new router, I get the 20 MBPS, but the connection isn't as reliable as my wired one. Does anyone have any solutions?

When I do that it says my ethernet cable is unplugged.
