Ethernet problems after windows 10

I reinstalled windows but this time i formated the disc. So windows comes back up and my computer does not have internet. I have wireless but it seems my ethrnet cable is unrecognisabe. Right click get rid of mistakes but it writesbthat i havent installed drivers. In device manager all my drivers re WAN miniport there i no Reltek no Intel only WAN Miniport. What should i do. And how to fix this. Only get eternetbconnection when i connect my android phone to the computer via Usb.

Ok so my device is TpLinkTF 3200(ethernet connect or whatever its called i dont rly know).Interesting thing is that i found drivers for the thing and they are only for windows 7 ... when i try to install them it says Windows found software driver for your device but found error in installing ... the hash for the file is likely corrupt or the victim of tapering.AND Ethernet controller on device manager is listed under other devices ... not under network adapters i got WAN Miniports there...All programs that i tried on installing drivers says that i have all drivers up to date ...Thank you in advance m8!
