I would like to know if i can use iOgear Universal Wi-Fi N Transmitter- Ethernet to Wi-Fi N 300Mbps Model -GWU637, to convert ethernet to wireless connection to share internet on wifi.

What I have is a TP Link TL-SG3424P - JetStream 24-Port Gigabit L2 Managed PoE+ Switch with 4 Combo SFP Slots - with many ethernet ports and I would like to plug in the iogear adapter to one of these ports to make a wifi router.

I am not a professional computer or IT guy, I only know that I have this switch from where internet access is made and would like to get a wifi connection from it

U shouldn't need any adapter. All WIFI router I've seen has a WAN port, u just plug that into the switch, ANY switch port. Now you have to make decision whether this will be a router or an Access Point, and CONFIGURE accordingly. If u are adding, probably want an Access Point.

Now I assume u already have a working LAN, your just got-this-swith-from-somewhere scary.
