My Ethernet cable has been working perfectly for the past month, I'm using ethernet over power, but suddenly it just stopped, I've tried everything from changing the internet protocol to random installs yet nothing works. Bridging the connections works, my wifi and ethernet, but it slows the connection speed right down.

Here is the ethernet properties from win 10 settings:

IPv6 DNS Servers: fec0:0:0:ffff::1%1
fec0:0:0:ffff::2%1
fec0:0:0:ffff::3%1
Manufacturer: Intel
Description: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V
Driver version: 12.13.17.4
Physical address: ‎D0-50-99-26-CE-07

Here is the CMD ipconfig /all command answer:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>ipconfig /all

Guys, I managed to fix it but by complete accident.
I was having a new oven put in and they turned off the power to my PC and modem from the main power board, only for about 20 seconds, but it fixed the problem.
Hope this helps!
Just go to network and sharing centre of windows 10
Under the view active network settings displayed.

Click on network bellow, and select the network type.
Set it to Home, Work, or Public as the Network type.

Windows has to associate the network type, with the network adaptor used.
If that fails setup a new network connection, selecting the adaptor you wish to use and again the network type.
If done right you will then have internet access again.

your dhcp hasn't given you a ip! Your ip is 169.x.x.x on the ethernet. TRy what shaun suggested and if you still have a problem you can assign a static ip to your ethernet adapter it might fix the issue! If you want help with how to do it, ask and i will guide you.

Can't find these settings your talking about. I attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing:
