Question Ethernet "Unidentified Network" "No Internet"

I've been having this issue after i turned my computer off and came back to turn it on it gave me the Yellow Triangle with the "!" on it. I went into command prompt (ran as admin) and typed in ipconfig /all
My Ethernet Adapter's DHCP is off but i am unsure how to turn it on. I set my IPv4/IPv6 to automatic and it still says it's off. Sorry if im a newb to Networking it's not really my thing any help would be appreciated!

Go to "Control Panel > Device Manager > Network adapters" and right click on your Network Connection or go to "PC Settings > Network & Internet" and check your Status / Ethernet settings. Also make sure you have not turned on Airplane mode by mistake.

Just to confirm i don't have airplane mode on this is a desktop pc that i just got a couple days ago.

Windows 10 has an Airplane mode button. In Device Manager, if you right click on your Ethernet Controller (Intel or Realtek) and choose Properties you can check it's status and make changes. The same with Network & Internet in PC Settings. At this point you are just looking for any clues on what the problem might be.
