I recently started having an issue with my ethernet where it just says unidentified network. I have my ethernet attached to an ethernet switch and the other computers on the same switch work fine. After a few days of not using my laptop I tried it again and I get an unidentified network on ethernet while the wifi works fine. I've tried multiple ports and cables and it still has issues.

Here's my Ipconfig /all:

I've tried some of the other fixes recommended on here such as releasing and renewing my ipconfig and such but none of it seems to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the log you provided it shows there is no default gateway on the ethernet.
Is the cable your using possibly damaged?
Have you checked the network settings for the adapter in the network control panel and made sure the tcp/ip4 settings are set to obtain settings automatically?
If for some reason they are set to static try setting to automatic and see if that helps.

Is your wifi and your ethernet connecting to the same device becasue those are two very very different addresses?

When using auto dhcp mode in windows, when you have 2 connections it will only use one default gateway so your wifi connection's gateway will not allow your wired etherent gateway to work.

I know for a fact that it's not an issue with the cable itself as i tried it on my desktop and it worked fine; as well as trying an alternate cable that had the same issue.

Where can I find these settings? I've been searching through the network settings on control panel but cant quite find those?

right click on the network icon in the taskbar, then click open network and sharing center, then click change adapter settings, right click the adapter in question and go to properties, finally select the tcp/ip4 settings and make sure they are set to obtain settings automatically
