[SOLVED] Ethernet Unidentified Network

Greetings,
when i connect my Ethernet Cable to my PC i get "Unidentified Network", its not from the cable as i brought my laptop and plugged the cable in and it worked. its something to do with my PC blocking the connection.
i tested another router (different company/connection) with Ethernet on my PC and it worked fine, it just seems to be my main Fiber not connecting with my PC well.
been searching online for around 5 hours for a fix, still no luck.

Hi, Try contacting the ISP, see what they say.

contacted them, they cant help in any way, as the fiber is working on other devices, problem is from my pc

And the adapter in your pc does work with other devices too. Try borrowing and installing a router between the fiber adapter/modem and your pc.

This is showing no physical link. Either the card is defective or the cable is defective, have you tried this machine plugged into another network?

Yes it works with a mobile router (Netgear Nighthawk)
