Ethernet/wifi extender help needed

Hey. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.

So currently I have moved into a smaller 1 bedroom building outside of my parents house. The house is approximately 50ft away from the main house. I have purchased a 100ft long ethernet cable and have had no problems issues with my internet connection. I do however have a couple problems. Is there any way to have the one ethernet cable that comes out of the main house come into my 1 bedroom building and turn that connection into a wifi and multiple ethernet box type thing? Sorry if my wording is terrible

I do not mind spending money on a box or something. Preferably under 100-150$

yes, easiest way to accomplish this is to get a wireless router. take that 100ft cable and plug your end into the WAN port on the router. this will give you WiFi and 4 network ports.

do you need to access any network devices in the main building?
