[SOLVED] Ethernet wont connect on windows 10

Hello, essentially I had a ASUS Maximus hero xi motherboard, it died, so bought an MSI Carbon Z390 motherboard, and it wouldn't boot due to the ASUS drivers still on the m.2 ssd, I reset windows but kept my files such as images and stuff, but now I cant connect to the internet, my ethernet connection isn't showing up but my network adapter is on and working fine. I have installed the MSI Network drivers from the website for the motherboard but I still cant connect to the internet, can anyone offer me help, it would be greatly appreciated

Disable ipv6.
What happens, if you open command prompt and run:

ping www.google.com​

Thanks for the help, I managed to get it all fixed, working fine now
