ETS2 Froze! Help!

I have Windows 7 64bit,and I was playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 and then it said it had stopped working! THis has not happened before. But I got it now. Any ideas why this might have happened?

Just try to remove all ETS 2 Mods and re-patch your game...

That's impossible because I have no mods and I have the latest version of the game.
