ETS2 Running Really bad

So recently i decided to play Euro Truck, But when i launch it it runs really bad. Once i get into the game im on lowest settings and get about 7fps. Should my pc be running it better? I used to play it on my laptop and i was on medium to high settings and got like 30 fps.


My curent pc specs:
Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz
8Gb ram
GT710 2gb
Windows 10 pro
Dell motherboard(Not the best)
1TB hard drive

Old Pc:
Core i5 3337U 1.80Ghz
6Gb ram
500Gb Hard Drive
Windows 10 Home
It was a Asus X550C

Can anyone tell me if it should be running better

gt710 is not really for anything other then just office works or web browsing

and do the laptop and desktop use the same resolution?

Yes both at 1366 x 768, But i thought it should still run much better than 7fps on lowest

The iGpu on the i5 3337U is somewhat better than GT710
