Eudora shows pop3 server error

I use Eudora in my Windows 7 PC as Email client. Past few days I faced pop3 server problem. Each time I start download mail in my PC it shows "ERR Sender Blacklisted" and then it stops download. then i have to start from first again.
my email server runs in Linux OS (Ubuntu). plz help...

Your email server's IP address has been blacklisted for sending spam (or being in the same internet neigbourhood as those who do). One of the reasons hosting your own email server is generally frowned upon.

but other users who use MS Outllok, dont face this type of problem. anyway, if my email server (Real IP) is blacklisted then how to make this whitelist...
