[SOLVED] 'Evbicgh' keeps alt tabbing in and out

I have this app called Evbicgh that is located under app/roaming that keeps alt tabbing in and out every 30 mins or so. It will disappear without a chance for me to click on it but I managed click on it accidentally and it is a black blank window with no text in it.

I did run a safe scan which repaired some corrupt files but the issue is still there.

I am not an experienced user and would appreciate any advice you might have for me.

Did you intentionally installed this app, or it came from nowhere?

Usually "apps" installed in user' profile are ones which don't have system access, or often related to "unwanted goodies".

Thank you so much! I can now confirm my computer has not had this issue for over an hour now.
The file seemed to be linked to Firefox and asp.net. Malwarebytes also detected 8 threats.
