Event 1530, User Profile Service Warning

In my PC (Win 7 sp 1 pro 32 bit), I am getting the warning in event viewer every time on startup.

Its by design. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947238

Only patch that you can get is for XP. Not for later versions of Windows. Dont worry about it
