EVENT ID 153: New build, freezing up for about 6 seconds spontaneously.

Computer freezing, CPU percent drops.

So this is a recent hardware upgrade. I'm now running
asrock x470 fatality k4
r5 2600x
gtx 1060
corsair rm1000x


The issue is spontaneously my computer freezes up for about 6 seconds. I check my events and this is what is reporting.

I did not do a clean install of windows 10 home, should I do that, or something else? Any help appreciated.

I just ran a chkdsk and it closed on its own and i was unable to view a report. Trying again.

Okay just scanned and it said it fixed errors. Will check in if the issue is resolved.
