Been scratching my head with this one today, I noticed that my gpu memory clocks often jump to around 10000mhz even at idle and I would see the spinning loading icon next to my cursor so I went to sniff around event viewer and found thousands of warnings regarding Event ID 2 turns out that every time I see a spinny load icon next to my cursor new warning logs are generated.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
Msi RTX 4070ti Ventus OC
32GB Kingston FURY Beast 5600mhz
Asus TUF Gaming B650-PLUS
Samsung 990 PRO 1 & 2 TB m.2's
Corsair RM850x
Noctua NH-U12S
Fractal Design Pop Air
What I've done thus far:
Updated all AMD Chipset & other drivers and Nvidia GPU drivers.
Updated Windows
The issue persists.
EDIT: Given that cncmd.exe is involved which is AMD Graphics process of some kind if I recall correctly, could this literally just be a fight between 2 drivers? I do have the AMD cpu integrated graphics drivers installed atm.
