Event Id 5719

I'm getting this on various machines (out of 100) starting up and its logon
properly on domain, I've tried correlating them between the netowrk cards,
the machine hardware, the switch/hub box that they're attached to, the os, os
level, service packs, hotfixes, maxdgrambuffering, NetBTParms, KerbParms, All
updates. If anyone has any advice which I may have missed out on
my quest to eliminate the 5719 EventID, please let me know . . .

do you have spanning tree 'portfast' enabled on your switches?
