So I was letting some heavy tasks run on my PC over night with mainly the GPU under load, and I woke up and my PC was no longer running. I turned it back on and checked event viewer. There was an error as stated in the title. What caused this error and how do I fix it? I assume you will need my PC specs, so here we go:
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X 12-Core 3.8GHz Turbo 4.6GHz
Cooler: Corsair H115i Pro RGB Liquid Cooler
RAM: G-Skill Trident Z Neo 64 GB DDR4-3600MHz Dual Channel
GPU #1: Gigabyte Windforce RTX 2080 Super OC Edition
GPU #2: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 1660 Ti OC
Storage: Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe 4.0 5GBps SSD
PSU: SeaSonic FocusPlus Platinum 850 Full Modular
Only the 2080S was under full load, the 1660Ti was doing nothing. Max temp on CPU is around 72, max temp on GPU is around 77. That has happened before, but its extremely rare. But I would like to know what is causing it and how I can fix it. Yes the latest BIOS has been installed as well as latest drivers
